Terms of Service

Service Description

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Train staff on how booked leads/owner tasks appear

• Follow all communication laws (TCPA/A2P)

• Review AI-generated owner tasks in a timely manner

LH Agent does not guarantee sales outcomes.

Prohibited Use

No spam, misleading messages, illegal activity, or unsafe insurance/financial advice.

Billing & Cancellation

Monthly subscription.

Cancel anytime.

No refunds for partial months.

Numbers may be reclaimed per carrier rules upon cancellation.

Liability

LH Agent is not liable for:

• Missed leads caused by incorrect or disabled settings

• CRM outages or carrier issues

• Decisions made by the AI using the information you provide

• Third-party failures

Maximum liability = one month of fees.

SMS & Messaging Policy

LH Agent sends automated text messages only in response to homeowner inquiries.

Consent

Homeowners may receive messages if they:

• Called your business

• Texted your business

• Submitted a form

• Requested a quote

• Provided their number through an ad or landing page

By contacting your business, they consent to automated replies.

Opt-Out / Help

Required by carriers and enforced automatically:

STOP → no further automated texts
